SES Admin is a specialized software tool designed to help holiday rental owners and property managers in Spain comply with the latest legal requirements introduced by Royal Decree 933/2021, which came into effect on December 2, 2024.
SES Admin simplifies the process by:
Automatically collecting and submitting guest registration data to the SES Hospedajes system (Spain's Ministry of Interior)
Generating digital guest books in the legally approved format
Allowing scheduled submissions for streamlined property management

IMPORTANT: Make sure you already have a valid and active SES Admin account before proceeding with the integration.
In your RentalWisedashboard, go to:
Integrations > Add Channel > Select GuestAdmin
Give the integration an Internal Name (e.g., “SES Admin Spain”) and click SAVE
A unique API Key will be generated—copy this key
Go to SES Admin and log into your account
Navigate to Integrations > RentalWise > Connect
Paste the API Key you copied earlier into the input box and click CONNECT
Once the connection is successful, the page will refresh and display the integration in a “Connected” state
That’s it! Your SES Admin and [Company Name] accounts are now successfully connected.
