IMPORTANT NOTE: You need to create a Truvi account before connecting it to RentalWise!
Navigate to Integrations > Add Channel.
Select Truvi (Superhog) from the list.
Decide whether you want to use:
Truvi's Guest Verification and Property Protection
Only Truvi's Guest Verification (as configured in your Truvi account)
Log in using your Truvi credentials (RentalWise does not store these credentials).
Choose whether you want to apply Superhog’s services to:
All channels
Selected channels (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, or strictly your website)
Once these steps are completed, your Truvi account is successfully connected to RentalWise. Any preference changes should be made exclusively on Truvi.
Even after connecting to Truvi, you can still use your Online Check-in Form in RentalWise alongside the Damage Deposit.
Screening Process and Damage Deposit settings configured in Truvi must be managed directly in Truvi
To disconnect Truvi from your RentalWise account, you can do so within RentalWise.
By integrating Truvi with RentalWise, you enhance security, protect your properties, and build guest trust effortlessly!
