Important Considerations Before ConnectingYou can only connect one Booking.com account to your RentalWise profile at a time.
Before starting, ensure your Booking.com account is fully verified for both:
KYC (Know Your Customer)
KYB (Know Your Business)
Unverified accounts may experience connection failures or synchronization delays later on.
Payment HandlingBooking.com collects guest payments directly.
Payouts are sent 2 days after guest checkout, similar to Airbnb.
You do not need to set up a Merchant Account, and RentalWise payment schedules will not apply.
You act as the Merchant of Record.
You must configure your own Payment Schedules in RentalWise to manage charges and payouts.

Managing Multi-Unit Properties in RentalWiseIf you manage a multi-unit property (a single property with multiple, nearly identical rooms), follow these steps for proper syncing:
When prompted to select a room, choose the correct Room ID from Booking.com.

Note: You can switch between Full Sync and Limited Sync at any time, but frequent changes are not recommended. Each switch triggers a full data re-sync, which can overwrite property content. Always verify your listings after changing modes.
How to Create New ListingsYou can create new Booking.com listings directly from RentalWise. Before doing so, ensure:
Your Legal Entity setup in RentalWise is complete.
Your Account Settings are correctly configured.
Important:
The Legal Entity in Booking.com is not the same as the one in RentalWise. Configure both independently to prevent sync conflicts.
Cancelling BookingsYou can cancel bookings directly in:

In some cases, cancellations must first be performed in Booking.com before reflecting in RentalWise.
