How Description Fields Map to Each Channel:
Airbnb
The Short Description in RentalWise (up to 500 characters) is mapped to the Summary field in Airbnb.
The combination of Unique Benefits and Home Truths is sent to Airbnb’s Space field.
The combination of House Rules and Additional Policies in RentalWise is sent to Airbnb’s House Rules section.
Booking.com
Booking.com takes all your descriptive content from RentalWise and merges it into their own formatting.
You won’t have control over how descriptions appear, as Booking.com manages the mapping logic internally.
VRBO
Your Headline in RentalWise becomes the Headline in VRBO.
The Description field in VRBO is generated using your RentalWise Description along with the Home Truths.
The Unique Benefits field in VRBO maps directly from the same field in RentalWise.
(For all descriptions, make sure you have at least 400 characters as this is a VRBO requirment)
By aligning your content properly in RentalWise, you ensure that guests on all channels receive the most accurate and appealing information, increasing your chances of converting views into bookings.
