How to Integrate Beyond Pricing with RentalWise

You must create a Beyond Pricing account before starting the integration process!

Step-by-Step Integration Guide

Step 1: Enable RentalWise in Beyond Pricing

• If you're new to Beyond Pricing, type "RentalWise" in the drop-down menu when prompted.
  
  
  

Step 2: Retrieve & Enter the API Key

• In RentalWise, go to Integrations > Add Channel > Select Beyond Pricing.

• Copy the API Key from RentalWise.
  
  
  

• Paste the API Key into Beyond Pricing to establish the connection.
  
  
  

Step 3: Connect Your Properties

• Once the integration is activated, go to your Beyond Pricing Integration View in RentalWise.

• Click "Connect" next to the properties you wish to sync with Beyond Pricing.
  
  
  

After completing these steps, you can now configure your pricing directly within Beyond Pricing.

Things to Remember

⚠ Once connected, all pricing updates must be made in Beyond Pricing—any changes made in RentalWise will be overwritten.
⚠ Remove the Minimum Nightly Rate from your RentalWise property settings to prevent conflicts with Beyond Pricing.
⚠ Availability (closing or opening dates) must still be managed within RentalWise.
