How to Integrate Breezeway with RentalWise

Before starting the integration, you must have an active Breezeway account. If you haven't yet, request a demo from Breezeway and complete your account setup.

Step-by-Step Integration Guide

Step 1: Enable the Breezeway Integration in RentalWise

• Log into your RentalWise account.

• Go to Integrations > Add Channel > Select Breezeway.

Step 2: Configure the Integration

• Name the channel internally for easy reference.

• Enter your Breezeway Company ID (found in your Breezeway account).

• Choose whether to automatically sync all properties or manually select which properties to connect.
  
  
  

Step 3: Finalize the Connection

• Once configured, Breezeway will be successfully connected to RentalWise.

• You can now manage tasks, cleanings, and operations through Breezeway.

Things to Remember

⚠ Once connected, all task & cleaning management will be handled in Breezeway.
⚠ Internal guest communication in RentalWise (via Message Templates & Automations) remains available.
⚠ If you need to disconnect Breezeway, you can do so from RentalWise at any time.
