What Is Hostkit?

Hostkit is a compliance automation platform designed for holiday rental properties in Portugal. It helps property managers and hosts automate legal and fiscal obligations, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.

How to Integrate Hostkit with RentalWise

Before starting the integration, you must have an active Hostkit account.

Step-by-Step Integration Guide

Step 1: Set Up Your Hostkit Account

• If you have just created a Hostkit account, you will be prompted to answer whether you use a Channel Manager → Select YES.
  
  

• If you are already a Hostkit user, navigate to Import From Channel Manager (top right corner of your Hostkit account).
  

Step 2: Select RentalWise as Your Channel Manager

• From the list of Channel Managers, select RentalWise.

• Hostkit will require an API token to establish the connection (this is obtained in the next step).
  
  
  

Step 3: Generate and Enter the API Key

• In RentalWise, go to Integrations > Add Channel > Select Hostkit.

• Copy the API Key generated in RentalWise.

• Paste the API Key into Hostkit, then proceed with importing your properties.
  
  
  

✅ You have now successfully connected Hostkit with RentalWise!

Things to Remember

⚠ Once connected, Hostkit will exclusively manage the synchronization of legal and fiscal data.
⚠ If you need to disable the connection, simply remove the listings from Hostkit.
