How to Integrate PriceLabs with RentalWise

You must create a PriceLabs account before connecting it to RentalWise!

Step-by-Step Integration Guide

Step 1: Add Your Listings to PriceLabs

• If you're new to PriceLabs, click "Add Your Listings."
  
  
  

• If you're an existing user, click "Add/Reconnect Listings" at the top-right corner of your PriceLabs dashboard.

Step 2: Enable RentalWise in PriceLabs

• In the drop-down menu, search for RentalWise.

• Enable the option "Allow RentalWise to Add Listings to Your PriceLabs Account."

Step 3: Connect PriceLabs in RentalWise

• In your RentalWise account, go to Integrations > Add Channel > Select PriceLabs.

• Assign an internal name to the integration and enter your PriceLabs email.

• Click "Save."
  
  
  

Step 4: Connect Your Properties

• Navigate to the PriceLabs integration view in RentalWise.

• Click "Connect" for each property you want to sync with PriceLabs.

• This will create a new listing in PriceLabs.
  
  
  

Step 5: Configure Pricing & Enable Sync

• Set up your pricing strategies directly in PriceLabs.

• DO NOT FORGET to enable "Sync Prices" in PriceLabs!
  (If syncing is not enabled, pricing updates will not be pushed to RentalWise.)
  
  
  

Things to Remember

⚠ Once connected, all pricing updates must be made in PriceLabs—any changes made in RentalWise will be overwritten.
⚠ Remove the Minimum Nightly Rate from your RentalWise property settings to prevent conflicts with PriceLabs.
⚠ Availability must still be managed within RentalWise.
