How to Connect Turno with RentalWise
IMPORTANT: You must already have a Turno account before beginning the integration.
Here’s how to integrate your Turno account with your RentalWise dashboard in just a few steps:
Step-by-Step Integration Guide:
1. Log into your RentalWise dashboard
2. Navigate to Integrations > Add Channel > Turno
3. Assign an Internal Name (e.g., “Turno Cleaning”) and click SAVE
4. A unique API Key will be generated—copy this key
5. Log into your Turno account and click on your Profile Icon → Integrations
6. Select Search Integrations, search for RentalWise, and click Connect
8. Paste the API Key from your RentalWise account
9. Choose the properties (homes) you want to sync and click Connect with RentalWise
Done! Your properties are now synced between RentalWise and Turno.
What Happens Next?
Now that the integration is live:
Turno will automatically sync your bookings from RentalWise
Cleaning schedules will auto-generate based on guest check-ins/check-outs
You can chat with cleaners, manage payments, and monitor tasks via the Turno app
